We recommend using our Size Guide to find your best fit. Our pyjamas are designed with a slightly oversized feel for extra comfort. If you're between sizes and want a more fitted look, size down. 

Can I exchange or return my pyjamas?
Absolutely! If your pyjamas don’t fit or you change your mind, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Where and how are your pyjamas designed?
All Fayla Sleepwear pyjamas are designed right here in Australia. Each pattern has been hand-drawn by our incredible Sydney-based artist, bringing playful, Australian prints to life that you won’t find anywhere else. Amber has carefully transformed these beautiful illustrations into exclusive patterns, printed on our very own premium Fayla fabrics.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer 5 sizes: XS (8), S (10), M (12), L (14), XL (16). All our pyjamas are designed to be an oversized and relaxed fit. We can't wait to extend our size range soon!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $200 will receive free shipping Australia-wide!

How do I wash my pyjamas?
We recommend a gentle cold wash and line drying to keep your pyjamas looking and feeling fresh. Avoid tumble drying, heat or harsh, low-quality detergents for best results. For more information, check out our Fabric Care page.

How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to ship your order within 3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, usually 3–7 business days within Australia. We also offer Express shipping for $15 on all orders if you want your order delivered within 1–4 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide at a flat rate of $20 AUD!

What if the size I want is sold out?
Some of our prints and sizes sell fast! If your size is out of stock, you can follow us on Instagram to hear about restocks and new drops first.
