Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (except for pre-order items).
Standard: $8.99 flat rate. Free on orders over $200 AUD. Delivered 2-8 business days after order is dispatched.
Express: $15 flat rate. Delivered 1-4 business days after order is dispatched.
International: $20 flat rate. Delivered 6-27 business days, depending on location.
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Items must be free from any marks, stains, hair and odours

Ensure items are neatly folded and in original condition and packaging.
If your return does not meet these requirements, your item will be returned back to you at your expense, and a store credit will not be processed.
By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
How to Start a Return

Let us know you are returning an item by emailing us at hello@faylasleepwear.com.au

We will then contact you regarding the return postal address.

Print and complete our returns form and add into the returned package (Or include your name, order number, item details and how you would like to proceed with the return, on paper inside the package if you don’t have a printer).

Drop your return off at your local Australia Post office and hold onto tracking details. (Please note: The returned item must be sent via Australia Post)
Lost Returns: Fayla Sleepwear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Once your return has been approved, your refund or store credit will be processed, usually within 2–3 business days. Store credits will be emailed to you, so please check your junk or spam folder.
Exchanges
Perth customers can exchange their pyjamas free of charge through local pickup. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at hello@faylasleepwear.com.au
For online exchanges, your item must be returned to us and meet our return requirements before the exchange can be processed. Once approved, a store credit will be emailed to you so you can place a new order for your preferred item.
Faulty Items
Make sure to check your order when it arrives. If it’s faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@faylasleepwear.com.au, and we’ll sort it out.

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

If confirmed faulty, you’ll receive a choice of replacement, store credit or refund, and we’ll cover return shipping.
- Typical wear and tear over a period of time is not considered as faulty or damaged.
Crease lines from folding during transit are normal and will disappear after washing or steaming. Please follow the Fabric Care instructions to take care of your sleepwear.
